1. Service Content

Our Services include, but are not limited to, UK warehousing and storage, ecommerce order fulfilment, Amazon FBA preparation and replenishment, customs clearance, first-mile freight coordination, product relabelling and repackaging, returns processing, product inspection, dropshipping fulfilment, and associated logistics management services. We reserve the right to introduce new services, modify existing service offerings, or retire services at any time, subject to reasonable notice where a change materially affects an existing client agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to the following obligations:

1. Accurate Information. You must ensure that all information you provide to us — including company details, product descriptions, inventory quantities, customs declarations and contact information — is accurate, complete and up to date. You accept full responsibility for any loss or costs arising from inaccurate or misleading information.

3. Service Changes and Interruptions

We reserve the right to adjust, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, including our website, operational procedures, carrier integrations and pricing structures. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes that affect existing client arrangements. However, we shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from temporary service interruptions caused by essential maintenance, system upgrades, technical faults or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a planned outage or operational change that materially impacts your business, we will endeavour to notify you as early as possible by email.

4. Account Security

Where access to our client portal, warehouse management system or any other account-protected platform is provided, you are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your credentials with unauthorised individuals. You accept responsibility for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not authorised by you. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, suspected breach, or suspicious activity relating to your account, you must notify us immediately at info@greenrocks.uk. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, data compilations and software, is the property of Greenrocks Mailing Services Ltd or its content licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. 3. Carrier delays, customs holds, or regulatory interventions outside our direct control;
4. Inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided by you or your suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any dispute or claim arising under these Terms. We encourage parties to attempt to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
